## Manually Update Email Address and Mobile Phone in Contacts

[Section titled “Manually Update Email Address and Mobile Phone in Contacts”](#manually-update-email-address-and-mobile-phone-in-contacts)

You can now manually update a guest’s email address and mobile phone directly from their **Contact record** or the **Activity Stream**. This makes it easy to correct typos, add missing details, and keep your records accurate. When you update these details, OnceHub automatically syncs the changes across your notifications, calendar events and connected CRMs. If the updated email address or mobile phone matches an existing record, OnceHub **intelligently merges the records** while preserving the guest’s entire activity history under a single record preventing duplicate contacts.

## Key Benefits

[Section titled “Key Benefits”](#key-benefits)

Maintaining accurate contact details ensures that automated meeting reminders and notifications always reach the right person and your CRM records stay perfectly synced. Use this feature to:

* **Correct typos:** Fix errors in email addresses or phone numbers.
* **Add missing details:** If a guest schedules a meeting through the Phone Agent without providing an email address, you can add it directly to their Contact record.

## Who Can Access It

## OnceHub API: button\_clicked Event Payload Update Complete

[Section titled “OnceHub API: button\_clicked Event Payload Update Complete”](#oncehub-api-button_clicked-event-payload-update-complete)

OnceHub has updated the **`button_clicked `**event payload for **Chatbots** and **Routing Forms** to standardize the data structure across all question types.

The **`booking_calendar_name `**property has been deprecated and removed and is now sent exclusively in the `question_text `property.

If your integrations reference **`booking_calendar_name`**, you must update them to the `question_text `property. Integrations that are not updated will no longer receive the Booking Calendar name data. For implementation details, refer to the updated event documentation in the **OnceHub Developer Center**:

* Embedded Chatbot Events: [**Embedded Chatbot Events: oncehub.chatbot.button\_clicked**](https://developers.oncehub.com/docs/client-side-api/embedded-chatbot-events/#oncehubchatbotbutton_clicked)
* Embedded Form Events: [**Embedded Form Events: oncehub.form.button\_clicked**](https://developers.oncehub.com/docs/client-side-api/embedded-form-events/#oncehubformbutton_clicked)
