What Are SMS Credits?
Section titled “What Are SMS Credits?”SMS credits allow you to send text-message notifications (e.g., booking reminders) to users and guests. Here’s what you need to know:
- Initial Credits: Each account starts out with 25 free credits that can be used at any time.
- Standard SMS Definition: One credit is deducted per SMS message, defined as a message containing 160 characters or fewer.
- Global Pricing: The cost per SMS is the same worldwide. No additional charges or credits are deducted based on the recipient’s location.
Pricing for SMS Credits
Section titled “Pricing for SMS Credits”SMS credits are available in flexible packages to suit your needs. Below is the pricing breakdown:

How to Purchase SMS Credits

Access Billing Settings:
Section titled “Access Billing Settings:”- Click the gear icon located in the top-right corner of your account dashboard.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Initiate the Purchase:
Section titled “Initiate the Purchase:”- Click on Add credits to start the purchasing process.

Choose Credit Amount:
Section titled “Choose Credit Amount:”- From the dropdown menu, select the number of SMS credits you would like to purchase.

Confirm and Pay:
Section titled “Confirm and Pay:”- Click Proceed to payment.
- You will be directed to the payment confirmation screen to complete the transaction.
