Redirecting Guests to an External Website from Routing Forms
Redirecting guests to another website after they complete a routing form can help guide them to additional resources, such as product information or a support page. With Routing Forms, you can easily configure this redirection process.

Section titled “How to Redirect Guests from Your Routing Form”Follow the steps below to redirect guests after they complete your Routing Form:
Navigating to the Flow Builder
Section titled “Navigating to the Flow Builder”- Click on Routing Forms in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select the form you want to set up to redirect to another website to.
Setting up the Redirect
Section titled “Setting up the Redirect”- Add the End action from the Add Interaction pane on the right.
- Toggle Redirect Visitor to ON.
- Add the Redirect URL.
- Choose if the redirect should happen automatically, or if a redirect button should be provided to them.
- Click on Save.
