Integrating OnceHub with your Salesforce sandbox allows you to test your booking workflows and data mapping in a safe environment before going live with your production account. This allows you to test your setup without impacting your live Salesforce data.

Caution

Once you connect to your production environment after testing, do not disconnect it. Doing so will result in the loss of all of your mapping settings.

For detailed information on mapping, we recommend reading our primary [**Integrating OnceHub with Salesforce**](https://help.staticso2.com/account-integrations/crm/integrating-oncehub-with-salesforce) article.

We recommend creating a separate OnceHub account specifically for your Salesforce Sandbox environment. This allows you to test new workflows and mapping configurations in isolation without interfering with your live production data or current OnceHub settings.
