Establishing **Total Governance** follows a simple, three-step process:

## Step 1: Establishing the Gold Standard

Set the standards for the entire organization by combining two powerful tools.

* **Enforcing the Template:** The Account Owner enables **Enforce Booking Calendar Templates** at the account level.
* **Locking the Content:** The Administrator creates a template and enables **Centralized Control** on critical sections (e.g., locking a mandatory legal disclosure or logo).

## Step 2: User Creates a Booking Calendar using the Template

Users are required to use a standardized template.

* **Required Selection:** When a user creates a new Booking Calendar, they must choose from the library of templates.

* **Persistent Connection:** Because enforcement is active, users cannot **Unlink** their Booking Calendars from the template. They remain permanently synced to the master configuration.
* **Instant Scalability:** When a policy or branding change occurs, the Administrator updates the master template once. This update is **automatically pushed** to every linked Booking Calendar in the account.
